1. Beach Service Attendants

A stay at our Destin beach hotel in FL includes complimentary use of beach chairs and umbrellas, and in past summers, our staff would simply place the chairs and umbrellas out in the morning and return only to pick them back up in the evening. With COVID-19’s influence last summer, we added an attendant to help sanitize chairs between guests and offer assistance, snacks and beverages. Because of the tremendous positive response our guests had, we’ve decided to offer this service again this summer.

2. New In-Room Welcome Treats

Those who’ve stayed at Henderson Park Inn for years may remember being greeted by a bottle of wine, roses and fresh grapes when checking into their rooms. The bottle of wine and roses are still there, but we’ve replaced the grapes with a special treat for our guests. This treat rotates, but you can expect to find a collection of candies, fudge, a bundt cake or even a small key lime loaf.

3. Made-To-Order Breakfast

In response to COVID-19, our Destin beach hotel in FL replaced the buffet with a made-to-order dining experience, and with the incredible response we’ve received from our guests, we’ve decided to keep it around a bit longer. With options like classic eggs benedict and guest-favorites like grits and grillades, our guests will get to enjoy one of the best breakfasts on the emerald coast.

4. Keurig Coffee Makers

For years, we’ve had guests inquire about bringing their own K-cups for their specialty coffee, but because of the local coffee that we offered, we weren’t able to accommodate those requests. But, now, each room is outfitted with a Keurig Coffee Maker accompanied by a delicious selection of K-Cup pod options.

5. New Lunch Options

We’ve rotated through a number of types of picnic-style lunches over the years, but now, with a new breakfast and lunch manager at the helm, we’ve updated and improved our Destin beach hotel in FL’s included lunch offerings. With a rotating daily feature like fish tacos or a pulled pork sandwich in addition to new static sandwich, salad and wrap options, our guests are bound to find a dish they’ll love.
