Each of our 35 suites is perfectly designed for you to enjoy the charm and grace embraced by the peaceful shores of the Emerald Coast. Both our Main Building and East Building host well-equipped rooms decorated and furnished with special amenities guaranteed to make your vacation romantic as well as relaxing. Most of our rooms offer balconies overlooking the beach, mini kitchenettes, and some offer fireplaces and Jacuzzis or whirlpool tubs. Handicap-accessible units are available.

MINI SUITE

This cozy suite located in our Main building overlooks the all-natural Henderson State Park with a coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. The intimate room features a Queen size bed, private bathroom with an integrated whirlpool tub and shower, TV equipped with cable and movies, and a small private balcony.

JUNIOR SUITE

*Price ranges from $219 – $469

A charming suite located in our Main Building offers a captivating direct view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This delightful room features a Queen size bed, shower only, TV equipped with cable and movies, and a small or large private balcony.

Approximate size: 230 sq. ft.

HONEYMOON SUITE

*Price ranges from $219 – $469

This intimate suite offers the ultimate privacy and generous space. Located in our East Building, the room features a King size bed, integrated whirlpool tub and shower, large flat screen TV equipped with cable and movies. This room comes with a kitchenette including a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and breakfast table. This room faces North and does not have a view of the beach or a balcony.

COASTLINE SUITE

A lovely suite located in our Main Building that overlooks the all-natural Henderson State Park with a coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. The room features a Queen size bed, integrated whirlpool tub and shower, TV equipped with cable and movies, and small or large private balcony. The room comes with a kitchenette including a mini refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker.

EXECUTIVE SUITE

An elegant room located in both our Main Building and East Building that offers a direct view of the crystal-white beach and Gulf of Mexico. The comfortably furnished room features a King size bed, integrated whirlpool tub and shower, TV equipped with cable and movies, and a small or large private balcony. The room comes with a kitchenette including mini refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker.

CORNER SUITE

*Price ranges from $389 – $629

This exquisite Corner suite located in both our Main Building and East Building boasts a large, breathtaking panoramic view overlooking the beach, Gulf of Mexico and all-natural Henderson State Park. The room features a King size bed, whirlpool tub and shower, TV equipped with cable and movies, and small or large balcony. This extra-large room comes with a mini-kitchenette including mini refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. Some of our corner suites offer a fireplace.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE

*Price ranges from $509 – $819

This pristine and luxurious suite located in our East Building has a direct view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with a large private balcony. The sophisticated room features a private bedroom with a King sized bed and separate, full furnished living and dining area, and a spectacular split bathroom – a dual head, large walk-in shower and vanity on one side, and toiletry and vanity with designer fixtures and towel warmers on the opposite side. It also is equipped with a kitchenette including a microwave, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator fully stocked with complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, large flat screen TV equipped with cable and movies.

Policies & Other Information

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice prior to the scheduled day of arrival in order to receive an advance deposit refund of less than $50 processing fee. Changes to a reservation within the specified cancellation period that result in a downgrade of unit size or reduction in the number of nights will result in the forfeiture of an amount equal to one (1) night’s room and tax rate. Please note that cancellations due to inclement weather do not warrant a refund. Early departure for any reason will not warrant a refund.

Limited Damage Waiver
The Limited Damage Waiver is a non-refundable fee of $40.00 added to the reservation total. This covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 when reported immediately. This fee eliminates the necessity for the traditional security deposits. This gives our guests complete and total peace of mind by knowing “When accidents do happen… You are covered.” The Limited Damage Waiver is ONLY valid if the incident is reported prior to check out. It becomes void upon departure.

Guarantee Policy
Generally, we cannot guarantee any specific room number or location, however we will make an effort to grant requests for guests.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the room, balconies, or decks at the Henderson Park Inn. Areas on property have been designated for smoking.

Pet Policy
No pets are permitted on property.
