Deposit Policy

First night’s room, tax and resort fee is charged upon booking. Policy varies based on the type of rate or promotion booked.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of one night’s deposit except when booking a non-refundable rate. Policy varies based on the type of rate or promotion booked. Please see promo copy for details.

Pet Policy

Henderson Park Inn is not pet-friendly. Certified service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the Inn.

Resort and Service Fees

Nightly Service Fee of 5% of the rate allows us to provide a welcome amenity, 24 hour snack and beverage offerings, 3:30pm-4:30pm happy hour, afternoon cookies in the lobby, beach chairs and umbrellas, board games, bicycles, and s’mores kits for our firepits.

Nightly Resort Fee of $45 allows full access to the three pools, adults-only hot tub, fitness center, paddleboard and kayaks as well as on-site parking.

Parking Policy

On-site parking is provided as part of the nightly resort fee.

Age Requirement Policy

Henderson Park Inn is an adults only Inn. Every guest must be 25 years of age or older, ensuring a tranquil Destin, FL beach getaway for each and every guest.

Payment

A valid credit card is required to make a reservation and will be held for 14 days after departure in the event of a remaining balance or incidentals. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, personal checks and cash. The room rate quoted is per night for the number of guests stated.

RV Trailer and Boat Policy

No RV Trailers or Boats permitted on property.

Fire Safety Policy

For the safety of all guests, Henderson Park Inn does not allow open flames or portable cooking appliances of any kind in our guestrooms. Smoking is not permitted on property.
